  1. toxic (adjective) – 
    fatal, deadly; poisonous, harmful, dangerous.
  2. paramount (adjective) –
    most important, primary, first and foremost (thing), key.
  3. lockdown (noun) –
    an emergency protocol implemented by the authorities that prevents people from leaving from a place; An extended state of confinement/encirclement/isolation of a person by the authority.
  4. come as a shock (phrase) – 
    to make someone feel shocked/surprised.
  5. prolonged (adjective) –
    continuous, ongoing,lengthy, extended, protracted.
  6. habitation (noun) – 
    place of residence, house,dwelling (place), abode.
  7. pass out (phrasal verb) –
    faint, collapse, lose consciousness, become unconscious, black out.
  8. hazardous (adjective) – 
    dangerous, perilous, unsafe.

    improve, make better, support, foster.
  40. sustainable development (noun) –
    development that meets the needs of the present, without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs. Sustainable development implies economic growth together with the protection of environmental quality, each reinforcing the other.
