1. PM Modi announces special economic package worth Rs 20 lakh crore to kick-start economy

4. National infant mortality rate at 32, MP worst performer
- According to the data released by the Registrar General of India, the national birth rate in 2018 stood at 20, and death & infant mortality rates stood at 6.2 and 32, respectively.
- MP has the worst infant mortality rate while Nagaland has the best.
- The rates are calculated per one thousand of the population.

- It is the ninth mission of the KZ-1A carrier rocket.
7. AP Govt Constitutes High Power Committee To Probe Vizag Gas Leak Incident
- The committee consists of five members.
- The High-Power Committee to probe the leakage of styrene gas from the LG Polymer plant in Visakhapatnam.
- The committee will be headed by Neeraj Kumar Prasad.
- The Committee will submit its final report within a month.
8. Gujarat’S Macpower unveils hot air seam sealing machine for PPE kits
- Rajkot-based Macpower CNC produced the country’s first indigenous hot air seam sealing machine that is used to manufacture PPE kits at half the price of the imported ones.
- It seals the seam of PPE kit so that viruses cannot penetrate from small pores.
- It was unveiled by the CM Vijay Rupani.

- WHO released the first-ever State of the world’s nursing report.
- It has been developed by WHO with the International Council of Nurses and the global Nursing Now campaign.
