Naval Dockyard – Eligibility Criteria
Qualification:
The educational qualification required for Naval Dockyard recruitment is detailed below

Qualification for candidates who are to be enrolled for Rigger and Forger Heat Treater as ‘Fresher’shall be Std 8th and 10th pass respectively.
Age Limit:
The minimum age is 14 years and for hazardous occupations, it is 18 years. Accordingly, candidates born before June 2010 are eligible for non-Hajra. Trade and candidates born before June 2006 are eligible for hazardous trades.
Minimum Physical Standard:
Height 150 cm, Weight not less than 45 kg, chest expansion not less than 5 cm, eyesight 6/6 to 6/9 (6/9 corrected with glasses), external and internal organs should be normal.
Selection Process:
Shortlisting of candidates for the written test will be conducted as per the current policy and will be based on valid online applications. On the last date of advertisement. The following process will be followed for selection and related eligibility for written test, interview, and final call letter
Interview:
Interviews of shortlisted candidates in the provisional list will be held in Mumbai. The exact date of the interview will be intimated to the selected candidates through e-mail.
Document Verification:
At the time of the interview, candidates will be verified with the following original certificates:-
- SSC / Matriculation Certificate
- ITI Certificate
- Aadhaar Card
- Breed Certificate (if applicable)
- PwD Certificate (if applicable)
- Ex-Serviceman/ Armed Force Personnel Certificate (if applicable)
- Sports Certificate (if applicable)
Naval Dockyard Recruitment How to Apply:

Candidates have to log on to https://registration.ind.in/ and fill out an online application.
Online applications will be open 21 days after the date of publication in Employment News. Candidates are requested to upload the following good quality/readable documents duly scanned in color in PDF format in 44 size only and file size up to 200 KB for online admission.
