  1. substance (noun) – significant subject, important matter/content, valid message.
  2. leverage (verb) – use, make use of, utilize (to maximum gain).
  3. rapport (noun) – affinity, link/bond, close/special relationship, mutual understanding.
  4. clinch (verb) – secure, settle, confirm/conclude, close (a deal).
  5. cleave (verb) – split, divide, lay open, bisect/separate into two.
  6. symbolism (noun) – symbolic meaning to something (facts).
  7. rally (noun) – gathering, assembly, meeting (to show support for a cause).
  8. bilateral (adjective) – involving two groups or countries.
  9. the former (noun) – (denoting) the first-mentioned; the first one of two things that have been mentioned.
  10. address (noun) – a formal speech/talk/discourse.
  11. reflect (verb) – indicate, show, display, represent.
  12. unprecedented (adjective) – not done or experienced before.

  33. anticipated (adjective) – expected, predicted.
  34. elusive (adjective) – difficult to find, difficult to achieve; indistinct/intangible.
