  • FMCG major Godrej Consumer Products Ltd (GCPL) announced the acquisition of the balance 25% stake in Kenya-based Canon Chemicals Ltd for an undisclosed sum.

  • Through this transaction, Canon Chemicals would now be a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company.
