2. 440-m tunnel dug under Chamba for Char Dham traffic
- Border Road Organisation dug up a tunnel below Chamba Town in Uttarakhand under the Char Dham Project.

- The policy term is 10 years and the assured rate of interest is 7.4%.
- LIC of India is solely authorized to operate this scheme.
7. Indian American Scientist Rajiv Joshi Wins ‘Inventor of The Year’ Award In New York
- Prolific Indian American inventor Rajiv Joshi, with more than 250 patented inventions, has bagged the prestigious Inventor of the Year award.
- He won the award for his pioneering work in advancing the electronic industry and improving Artificial Intelligence capabilities.
- Award was given by the New York Intellectual Property Law Association.
8. PMMSY aims to enhance fish production to 220 LMT in the next five years
- PMMSY = Pradhan Mantri Matsya Sampada Yojana.
- PMMSY is a blue revolution scheme, aims to enhance fish production to 220 lakh metric tons by 2024-25 from 137.58 lakh metric tons in 2018-19
