4. Colin Shah appointed new chairman of GJEPC

6. Nikhil Rathi, Indian-origin chief of the London Stock Exchange, appointed as CEO to UK’s financial regulator
- UK Chancellor of the Exchequer Rishi Sunak appointed Indian-origin chief of the London Stock Exchange Nikhil Rathi as the new chief executive of the UK’s Financial Conduct Authority (FCA).
- He will succeed FCA’s interim CEO Christopher Woolard.

10. Karnataka pegs priority sector credit requirement at Rs 2.55 lakh Cr for FY21
- Karnataka pegged its annual priority sector credit requirement at Rs 2,55,940 Cr for FY 2020-21, up 20%, as compared to previous year’s Rs 2,12,517 Cr.
- As of March 2020, Karnataka has secured 3rd position in India with respect to Mudra loan disbursement.
