- Electronics and IT Ministry said in a release that Government has banned 59 mobile apps which are prejudicial to sovereignty and integrity of India, defence of India, security of state and public order.

6. India & World Bank signs loan agreement for 1st TN Housing Sector Strengthening Programme
- The Government of India, the Government of Tamil Nadu and the World Bank signed legal agreements for two projects- $200 million.
- 1st Tamil Nadu Housing Sector Strengthening Programme and $50 million. Tamil Nadu Housing and Habitat Development Project
- Loan Maturity 20 years including a grace period of 3.5 years.
7. Government announces launch of seven-year floating rate savings bonds
- Government has announced the launch of seven-year Floating Rate Savings Bonds, 2020 (Taxable) scheme commencing from 1st July.
- Bonds will enable a person resident in India or Hindu Undivided Family to invest in a taxable bond, without any monetary ceiling.
- The interest on the bonds is payable semi-annually.
8. June 30- last date for payment of dues under Sabka Vishwas Scheme, 2019: CBIC
- CBIC said that 30 June is the last date for payment of dues under Sabka Vishwas (Legacy Dispute Resolution) Scheme, 2019.
- The main objective of the scheme is to free the large number of small taxpayers of their pending disputes with the tax administration.
- CBIC is a part of the Department of Revenue.
